I use the Castor oil in my hair. Castor oil is the real lie a laxative, but it works great for your hair. You take a little and rub into the scalp, and a little out of the tops. About 3 times a week. And then showers you out of it with shampoo and conditioner. My hair has grown twice as fast. So this I can Recommend to you, available for purchase at pharmacies for type 40 - crappy cheap. But you have got to dye your hair more often ;) It's downside haha! But this is a miracle indeed!
