Just wanted to review my experience with maca powder. Ive been talking it for a little over a month and have noticed adore huge mood swings. Im a very laid back person, hard to bother but lately ive been getting “incredible hulk” angry at times. Im not 100% sure if its the maca powder that is the root cause but its my top suspect.

i really think you should search up chlorella. it’s amazing. i don’t think it’s necessarily cheap. where i live, it’s like 20 bucks but on a day-to-day basis, you only need like 1 tsp and it gives you so much energy, detoxifies heavy metals from your body, it’s 60% protein and contains ALL essential amino acids making it a complete protein source, is SUPER high in calcium (320% RDA) and iron (120% RDA)… and these are only SOME benefits of chlorella.
well if you’re looking for getting some omega-3s then i’d adore say buy some flax seeds, or chia seeds, or chlorella. flax seeds aren’t that expensive. these foods are all alkaline foods and don’t have an acidic effect on the body… Fish actually eat blue-green algae like chlorella and that’s why they have high amounts of omega-3s… chlorella is a superfood and is beneficial in so many more ways than just supplying you with omega-3 fatty acids.
