Married barstool to a Franco-American, I live and work in July 2005 in downtown Philadelphia. I inv

I took my sandpaper and here I am in the process of sanding the coating until thirst: I finally seriously re-attacked the guest room - after several months of acute laziness - staring at me for objective it is functional on 1 September.
Meanwhile, Mr. Mon Amour began to build me a nice library that is still yet only two-thirds finished, it still lacks one or two floors. But I'm already very happy because finally barstool the last eight years I have lived in the United States, I have not really had a real library barstool and a good portion of my books has remained in cartons.
I will not get drunk with the painful barstool history of this library, but know that at some point, we went to Ikea seek some of their famous shelves "floating" (which are also very good), but once deposited in the living room floor, I said, disappointed: "Oh no, it's really not what I had in mind ..."
We finally returned to the store shelves, and after many conversations in the rays of DIY store, weighing the pros and cons as if it were a matter of life or death, we finally chose to build our shelves; certainly This is not the finest wood in the world, of course, we still use plumbing pipes but at least it's barstool light wood is close to what we had in mind, it is homemade and most importantly, it is extremely strong. Because given the pounds and pounds barstool of books and other items that I intend to put these shelves, Ikea would never have held up.

All this to say that even if this piece will only be finalized in a few weeks and yet I can not stop moving while I am already barstool delighted with the outcome and especially barstool so happy to finally see my books.

Yeah! they attack the guest room. Very nice library, my husband did it in my office, if the house collapses, the library will not budge, there is tons of stuff on + books, there is not a shelf that falters. Kisses
I had not read your blog for a long time because I wanted barstool to read at least 5 pages of a sudden, it's like a series. I see that your house has advanced a lot, you have great taste and good ideas, a big bravo! Where you eat are always barstool so nice, I really hope to come take a ride in Philadelphia and follow your advice and why not meet for softness and good tea you.
I am also full project library!! My sweet husband has set me shelves across one wall. I hope to be able to cram a part of my collection (exponential) of new and old books. I have yet an Ikea Billy bookcase (with glass doors) and another without a door bearing boxes in the basement, attic boxes and boxes under the bed! (At least if the bed breaks, we will not fall very low!) As for my Ikea Billy: I will sand, paint, customize handles and windows, and it will make a nice kitchen cabinet! (Kitchen furniture also beyond: my sweet husband told me that I have the shopping spree ...) Now I only get started! Hello from Liege-Belgium!
I kiffe your house in general! It is really better IKEA anyway, even if I remain a fan of Swedish yet, faute de mieux and budget. Otherwise, 8 years in the U.S., worth celebrating. I begin my 4th year and I'm back in Baltimore.
I love the first picture! At first I thought a photomontage, in any case I really love your decor and your ideas (I would not have thought to use plumbing pipes for reinforcements on the sides, it is very clever and it makes well!) Biz and good luck
Great result! I love the idea of Recycling materials. Arthur moved to Lille and his father made him a custom cabinet. He will love you, for sure! Hugs PS: great picture when you give of yourself!
